> MySymptom (https://mysymptom.ai) is the all-in-one health app: a daily tracker for sleep, stress, digestion, mood, energy, weight, heart rate, steps, exercise, and water — with AI health answers built in, cited to NIH, CDC, NHS, and WHO. It is free: every feature, no paid tier, no card required. Educational information, never a diagnosis.

## What MySymptom is

- A health tracker: one-minute daily check-ins across sleep, stress, digestion, mood, energy, and more, with Apple Health import. Works signed out (data stays on your device) and syncs when you sign in.
- AI analysis: describe a symptom, upload a photo, identify a pill, or share a lab report. Reports are grounded in a curated knowledge base built from publicly available sources (NIH MedlinePlus, CDC, NHS, WHO), and every claim carries a citation.
- Family profiles: connect the whole family — profiles with their own histories, shared care, pets included. Included for everyone at no cost.
- Price: free. There is no paid tier, no subscription, and no monthly analysis limit; fair-use rate limits apply to the AI endpoints. Subscriptions bought before the app became free can be cancelled from the profile page.
- Pet triage: educational AI guidance on pet symptoms so owners can gauge urgency before paying for a vet visit. Live video vet consults are waitlist-only and have not launched.

## What MySymptom is NOT

- Not a diagnosis service. It provides educational information about possible causes; only a licensed healthcare provider can diagnose.
- It does not treat or prescribe, and it is not for emergencies — urgent symptoms mean contacting emergency services first.
- Pet guidance never replaces a veterinarian.
