Brand and press kit

The MySymptom logo, colors and type, with files to download and the few rules that keep them looking right. The symbol is one circle cut in two, with the right half one step higher: you describe, it answers with the next step.

How should I describe MySymptom?

Please keep it accurate. These lines are approved for press and partner use.

Short

MySymptom is a free app that helps people decide what kind of care a symptom needs, for themselves, their family and their pets.

Longer

MySymptom is a free health companion founded by Arhaan Delawalla. You describe a symptom for yourself, a child, an older parent or a pet; safety rules check for warning signs first, then the app gives one of six care levels with plain next steps. It is general health information, not medical or veterinary advice, and not an emergency service.

Please don't describe MySymptom as telling people which condition they have, as reviewed by doctors, or as an AI doctor. Press questions: mysymptomai@gmail.com
