What's new

What changed in MySymptom and when, in plain words. The newest release is first.

  1. Rebuilt from the ground up

A calmer, safer MySymptom: care levels first, one place to ask, and your whole family and your pets in one app.

    • Care levels come first

Every answer starts with one of six care levels, from Call 911 now to Care for it at home, with a clear next step. Warning signs are checked by fixed safety rules before any AI runs.

    • One place to ask

Symptoms, photos, lab reports and pill checks now live together in Ask, with follow-up questions in the same thread.

    • People and pets

Switch between yourself, family members and pets. Age, pregnancy and species change the warning signs that are checked. Pet questions start with a poison check.

    • Today

A short daily check-in, your medicines and doses, and home vitals such as blood pressure, all in one screen.

    • Visit Brief

A one-page summary for your clinician or vet that you can print, save as a PDF or share with a link that expires.

    • Privacy

No analytics or ads inside the app. The TikTok pixel is gone. Analytics and ads run only on public pages and articles, and only if you agree. You can delete your account from Profile.

    • New AI service

Answers are written by AI models running on NVIDIA's AI service. If the AI is unavailable, you still get the care level and safety guidance.

    • Free, for good

There is no paid tier. Every feature is free.

  2. Earlier releases

Between February and May 2026, MySymptom added photo and lab report reading, family profiles, voice conversations and the first health articles. The October rebuild replaced or retired several of those features.
